My candle arrived & the jar is shattered/broken. What should I do?
Once you realize a candle jar has shattered please avoid touching the glass as much as possible, we don’t want anyone getting cut on the broken glass. Take a picture of the jar, send that picture to email@example.com with the subject “Shattered Jar”, also include the order number and scent being replaced & we will send you out a new candle. After that you can discard the shattered jar.
Is international shipping available?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are in the process of figuring out the best way to ship internationally.
What is in your candles?
Our candles consist of soy wax & hemp core wicks. The fragrances we use are phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Why does my candle look “frosted”?
Occasionally you may see that your candle will show areas that look whiter or “frosted”. This is perfectly normal & one of the characteristics of a soy wax candle. It will not affect the way the candle burns.
It looks like there’s an air pocket on the side of my candle. Is it still ok to burn it?
Air pockets or “wet spots” form when the wax shrinks away from the sides of the jar. This will not affect the way your candle burns, it is just a result of the wax temperature getting cooler.
How fragrant are your candles?
The intensity of the fragrance of your candle will vary on the type of scent you purchase. Some scents are naturally strong & intense while others are soft & subtle. We always put the appropriate amount of fragrance in our candles & allow them to cure so you get a quality candle. Natural soy wax does not have the same scent throw as paraffin wax, so if you are used to burning a candle that has paraffin wax or a blend there will be a difference in the scent throw.
